Yes we have to have them.
1: Keep everything PG 13 please. (If you would be afraid to let a parent/child/authority figure see/hear/read it, don't post it)
2: No soliciting.
3: Be respectful of people, you don't have to agree. But try to avoid arguing in forums, agree to to disagree or if you really must argue, take it to pm's.
